Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has facing trial in a case registered for the

offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 504, 506 &

120B of the Indian Penal Code. His bail application was dismissed

by the High Court. Being aggrieved, he had approached this Court.

Considering the nature of the case and the other relevant

facts and circumstances of the case, we do not think it is a case

for grant of bail to the petitioner.
