1. This appeal arises out of the judgment of conviction and order

of sentence dated 08.03.2016 passed by the learned Special

Judge, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of

Atrocities) Act, 1989, Baikunthpur, District Koriya (C.G.)

convicting the accused/appellant under Section 376 of IPC &

sentencing him to undergo R.I. for 07 years with fine of Rs.

1,000/- with default stipulation.
