2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection
with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.599 of 2020 registered for the
offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 337, 338,
307, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3/4 of the
Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 and Section
3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant has
received information that two groups had created tension in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13972 of 2026(2) dt.26-02-2026
area. It is alleged that when the police personnel reached the
place of occurrence, they heard the sound of an explosion. It is
further alleged that the villagers started pelting stones and bricks
and when the informant tried to intervene, it is alleged that the
accused persons, including the petitioners, used filthy language
and even pelted stones on the police force.
