Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused material on record.
The present application has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue direction to the court concerned to decide the Case Crime No. 767 of 2017, under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 409 IPC, Police Station Phulpur, District Varanasi, pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Varanasi.
It is submitted that after lodging F.I.R., final report was submitted by the police in the year 2017 and case was registered as Misc. case on 29.03.2019. Since then it is pending before the learned court concerned and could not be decided finally, therefore requested to direct the learned court concerned to decide the misc. case within stipulated period of time.
