“Issue a order to decide Civil appeal no.12 of 2023 (Sangam Lal Singh Vs Kamta Prasad Singh and Others) pending before learned Additional District Judge/Special Judge SC/ST Act, Kaushambi under section 96 of the C.P.C. within stipulated time fixed by this hon’ble court.”
3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforesaid civil appeal is pending since 2023. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously.
