2. This Writ Petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this
Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer
to quash the First Information Report in connection with Pithoria
P.S. Case No.33 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable
under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the
Indian Penal Code.
