1. By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the
Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks
grant of interim bail for a period of sixty days in e-FIR No.016133/2024
dated 06.06.2024 registered at PS.: Nangloi, West, New Delhi under
Section 3 of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999
(MCOC Act) read with Sections 379/401/468/471/120B of the Indian
Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) on the medical ground that he is suffering from
‘posterior fissure in Ano’ for which he requires to undergo surgery.
