Sadanand Sitaram Lad has resigned from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of Hubtown Limited to pursue better career opportunities.
The resignation shall be in effect from the closure of business hours on December 16, 2024.
He has confirmed that there is no material reason behind my resignation.
He Sadanand Lad has around 30 years of experience in the field of Corporate Secretarial, and IPO Management, Stock Exchange Compliances, Drafting and Documentation, Merger and Amalgamation, Restructuring, Accounts, and Finance.
He was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company with effect from July 30, 2020 pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013.
The disclosure to the stock exchange was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015
