1. This criminal revision petition under Section 397 read with
401 Cr.P.C. has been preferred against the judgment dated
29.11.2008 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge No.2,
Jodhpur in Criminal Appeal No. 162/2007, wherein the order of
conviction and sentence dated 22.06.2007 passed by the learned
Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jodhpur in Original Criminal Case No.
420/2004 was confirmed.
2. The learned Trial court vide order of conviction and
judgement dated 22.06.2007, convicted and sentenced the
accused petitioners as below: –
