01. The Petitioner, a proprietorship concern having been allotted
the LPG Distributorship by the Indian Oil Corporation Limited
(Respondent-Corporation) in terms of Agreement executed on 25th of
September, 2018, through the medium of the instant Petition filed under
Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has challenged Order No.
PSO/LPGS/Suspension/Pampore dated 6th of April, 2026, whereby the
Petitioner’s Distributorship has been suspended under Clauses 22 and
Clause 27 (n) of the ‘Distributorship Agreement’ for a period of three
months, with immediate effect.
