About Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU)
Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur (M.P.), ‘DNLU,’ India, is one of the law institutes imparting legal education and research.
The University was established in the year 2018 by Madhya Pradesh Dharmashastra National Law University Act 24 of 2018, with the object of advancing the cause of legal education and achieving excellence as a university for imparting value education. The university emphasizes advocacy skills with professional ethics by providing suitable simulation exercises.
About the Academic Outreach Committee (AOC)
The Academic Outreach Committee functions as a platform for connecting academic learning with professional and institutional exposure. The Committee regularly organizes lectures, workshops, panel discussions, policy engagements, and collaborative initiatives with academic institutions and professional bodies to enhance students’ practical understanding and holistic development.
About REVA 2.0
Building on the triumph of its debut, DNLU returns with the second chapter of its flagship academic & cultural event, REVĀ. The name”REVĀ” has been thoughtfully chosen to embody the essence of Jabalpur, where our university is located, and to capture the vibrant spirit of the fest.
Derived from Sanskrit, “रवे ा” symbolizes motion, agility, and dynamism. It is also another name for the River Narmada, an iconic feature of Jabalpur, and a revered Raag in Indian music. The fest aims to foster camaraderie among students from across the country.
Whether you’re grooving at the DJ night, challenging your wits in quizzes, or immersing yourself in the magic of a live concert. “REVĀ” promises an unforgettable experience. With electrifying performances and an energetic ambiance, this is one event you won’t want to miss!
Crime Scene Investigation Competition
Crime Scene Investigation is one of the flagship events of Reva in which the participants would have to analyse a crime scene, investigate evidences, interrogate suspects and prepare a report on it. The competition aims to help the participants to learn more about investigation and analysation of crimes through their logical and critical reasoning skills.
The event provides insights on how evidences, suspects and witnesses are evaluated in the courts to the participants. The event help participants gain real life experience of investigating crime scene and help them to develop skills like careful observation attention to detail and logical thinking.
Eligibility
- Open to students currently pursuing their Undergraduate Degree in law or Postgraduate Degree (3-year LL.B., 5-year LL.B., or LL.M.).
- Team must be consisting of 2 or 3 members only.
- Only 25 teams can register on first come first serve basis.

Quiz Competition
We are pleased to announce the first edition of our Quiz Competition, an initiative aimed at promoting intellectual curiosity, analytical thinking, and healthy academic engagement among students. This event seeks to provide a meaningful platform where participants can explore diverse areas of knowledge while experiencing the spirit of competition in a constructive and enriching environment.
As this is our inaugural effort, the competition reflects our commitment to creating opportunities that encourage learning beyond the classroom and foster confidence, collaboration, and critical reasoning. We invite enthusiastic participation to make this endeavor a memorable and successful beginning.
Eligibility:
- Open to all students
- Participation may be individual or in teams, as per the rules announced
- No prior experience is required
