At the outset, counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of I.A.
No.5141/2025, an application of suspension of jail sentence of the appellant and
argue the matter finally.
Prayer is allowed. Accordingly, IA No.5141/2025 is dismissed as
withdrawn.
2. This criminal appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellant under Section
374 of Cr.P.C., being aggrieved by the judgement dated 16.02.2018 delivered by
the Additional Sessions Judge, Agar, District Shajapur (M.P.) in S.T.
No.272/2016, wherein learned Judge has convicted the appellant for the offences
as under :-
