This application under Article 227 of the
Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff
nos. 1, 4 and 5 and is directed against the orders dated
July 22, 2025 and February 6, 2023, both passed by the
learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) , 1st Court at
Sealdah in Title Suit No. 107 of 2011.
