[1] Heard Mr. Sarvan Kumar, learned counsel for the
applicant/writ petitioner in MC(FA) No. 3 of 2026.
[2] By the present application under Section 151 CPC, the
applicant prays for correcting typographical mistake in the order dated
11.03.2026 passed by this Court in MC(FA) No. 1 of 2026 with MC(FA)
No. 2 of 2026.
[3] In para 2 of the order dated 11.03.2026, First Appeal No. 3
of 1975 is inadvertently mentioned in place of correct First Appeal No. 2
of 1975. It is submitted that by making typographical mistake, the nature
of the order will not change.
