1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the
pendency of the present revision petition, during the execution
proceedings, the parties have settled the present dispute on
06.03.2026, therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the present
revision petition.
2. In view of the above, and upon instructions from his clients,
learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw
the present revision petition. He further prays that the court fees
so paid by the petitioners may kindly be refunded back to the
petitioners.
