1. By way of present revision application under Section 397
read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973
(for short “CrPC”), the applicant has prayed for quashing and
setting aside of the judgment and order dated 16.09.2024
rendered by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mehsana in
Criminal Appeal No.118/2011 and also the judgment and order
dated 17.09.2011 recorded by the learned 5 th Additional Chief
Judicial Magistrate, Mehsana, in Criminal Case No.5759/2009.
