1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This is the second bail application of the applicant. By means of the present bail application, the applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 85 of 2024, under Section 8/20/29 of NDPS Act, Police Station- Ahraura, District- Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial.
3. The first bail application of the applicant being Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 21583 of 2024 was dismissed on 01.07.2024 and following order was passed:-
“1. Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
