The instant criminal misc. petition has been filed by the
petitioners under Section 528 BNSS, (section 482 Cr.P.C) seeking
quashing of the F.I.R. No.157/2024 registered at Police Station
Rajnagar, District Rajsamand, for offences punishable under
Sections 143, 323 and 341 of IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s)
and 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that
compromise has been arrived at between the parties and the
matter has been settled amicably.
