1. Through medium of present petition, the petitioner expects

this Court to pass directions to the court of learned Additional
Principal Judge, Family Court, Jammu for speedy adjudication of a
pending application through the medium of which the petitioner is
seeking criminal proceedings initiated against none else than his
wife-the respondent herein who is the petitioner in a case under
section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
2. The petitioner is meaning to pick up an alleged act of
perjury on the part of the respondent by reference to fact that she
has not disclosed in her “Assets and Liabilities Statement/Affidavit”
