2. On 29.10.2025, we have granted interim bail to the
petitioner(s) and there is no allegation that the

petitioner(s) have misused the interim bail granted to

them.

3. In the above circumstances, we are inclined to make

absolute the interim order dated 29.10.2025.

4. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner(s)

shall be released on anticipatory bail in connection with

FIR No. 367/23 dated 23.09.2023 registered at Police

Station Barharia, District Siwan under Sections 341, 342,

323, 324, 504, 506, 353 and 34 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and

Sections 3(i)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes

and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989

subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by

the Jurisdictional Trial Court.

5. Accordingly, the Special Leave Petition is disposed

of.

6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed

of.
