petitioner. None appears on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is an accused in S.T. Case No.
400/2025, arising out of Jagarnathpur (Pundag O.P.) P.S.
Case No. 330/2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.
2157/2024.

It has been alleged that the petitioner and other
accused persons were apprehended by the Police and from
the possession of the petitioner a mobile, a key of a Scorpio
vehicle and other articles were recovered.

Though, it has been stated that the petitioner is a
member of a gang of car lifter and he has criminal
antecedents but regard being had to the fact that the
petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2024, he is directed to be
released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like
amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-XVII,
Ranchi in S.T. Case No. 400/2025, arising out of
Jagarnathpur (Pundag O.P.) P.S. Case No. 330/2024,
corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2157/2024.
