1. The parties have been able to reach an amicable settlement
before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre.
2. The Settlement Agreement dated 31.01.2026 has been reduced
into writing, duly signed by the parties, their respective counsel,
including the learned Mediator.
3. The Settlement Agreement reads thus:-

BETWEEN
Ms. Rajni Goel, aged about 32 years, Daughter of Sh. Pramod
Kumar Goel, Resident of House No. 118, Shamli Dayanand Nagar,
Bohra Wali Gali, Shamli, Uttar Pradesh – 247776 (hereinafter
referred to as the first party/petitioner – Wife)
AND
Mr. Anirudh Gupta, aged about 33 years, Son of Sh. Anant Kumar
Gupta, Resident of House No. 364, Sector – 20A, Police Station
Sector – 19, Chandigarh – 160020 (hereinafter referred to as
the Second Party/Respondent – Husband)
