1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in FIR No.133/2018 of PS
Narela for offences under Section 103(1)/109/238/60/3(5) BNS (Section
302/307/201/120B/34 IPC) and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act.
2. In furtherance of last order, learned counsel for accused/applicant
submits that he has instructions to seek withdrawal of this regular bail
application.
3. As requested by learned counsel, the regular bail application as well
as the accompanying application is dismissed as withdrawn.
