The Police Sub-Inspector of Puttenahalli Police Station
has filed charge sheet against accused for the offences
punishable U/sec., 324, 504 of IPC.

02. The brief facts of the prosecution case is as
follows:-
It is alleged that, on 21.12.2021 at about 9.00pm during
when Cw.1 went to Guru Bar and Restaurant, situated near
Siddeshwara Theater, JP Naagar 6th Phase, within the
jurisdiction of Puttenahalli Police Station, at that time, the
accused has picked up quarrel with Cw.1 near the wash room
and abused Cw.1 in filthy language, further the accused
assaulted the Cw.1 with bottle on the backside of the head of
Cw.1 and caused bleeding injuries to Cw.1 and thereby the
accused has committed the above said offences punishable
