Gurbir S. Grewal, Milbank LLP Litigation & Arbitration partner and former Director of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, will be a featured panelist at Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) White Collar Crime 2025: Prosecutors and Regulators Speak event in New York on December 9.
Mr. Grewal’s session titled “Policing the Markets: Updates on Securities Investigations and Enforcement” will offer updates on securities investigations and enforcement. Topics include the current focus areas in securities and finance-related investigations and enforcement, open-market manipulation, and cryptocurrency and traditional enforcement areas such as insider trading, accounting fraud and valuation.
