1. Applicant seeks regular bail in a case of robbery and murder arising out
of FIR No.426/2017 dated 20.11.2017, for commission of offences under
Sections 394/397/302 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at
P.S. Paschim Vihar, Delhi. Subsequently, in the charge-sheet, offences under
Sections 396/34/120-B/201 IPC were added.

2. Let status report be filed by next date of hearing.

3. Let Nominal Roll be also requisitioned from Jail Authority.
