01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and
learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with G.R. Case No.1188 of 2021 pending in
the Court of learned Presiding Officer Designated Court
(under OPID Act), Cuttack arising out of Bhubaneswar
P.S. Case No. 12/2021 for commission of offence
punishable under Sections 420/ 467/ 468/ 471/
120(B)/ 511 of IPC.
3. List this matter along with ABLAPL No.9165 of
2025 on 08.09.2025. Learned counsel for the State is
called upon to obtain the Case Diary in the meanwhile.
