1. This petitioner has filed this arbitration application under Section
11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended) (in
short “the Act”) for appointment of an arbitrator to resolve the disputes
arising out of an agreement being Purchase Order No.4000277672-108-
1040 dated 27.04.2022 entered by and between the petitioner and the
respondent-NTPC Ltd.
