The appellant seeks bail in connection with
ECIR Case No.06/2024 arising out of
ECIR/RNZO/17/2024 dated 18.09.2024 for the
offences punishable under Sections 3 and 4 of the
Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002
registered in view of FIR No.188 dated 04.06.2024
registered at P.S. Bariatu, District Ranchi,
Jharkhand for the offences punishable under
Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian
Penal Code, Section 12 of the Passport Act, 1967
and under Section 14-A of the Foreigners Act,
1946.
