file affidavit on behalf of the respondent No.1(original
complainant) i.e., mother of the petitioner No. 2.
Since this is a petition seeking the quashing of the FIR as
well as the proceeding under the POCSO Act with the consent of
the parties, on the request of the learned counsel for the
respondent No. 2, stand over to 22nd April, 2026.
