Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
This is a petition seeking quashing of the proceeding
under the POCSO Act with the consent of the petitioner No.1
(accused) and the petitioner No.2 (victim).
Since the issue, whether a POCSO case can be amicably
settled and quashed with the consent of the parties is pending
before the Division Bench, stand over to 20th March, 2026.
In the meantime, till the next date, the proceeding before
the trial court is stayed.
