The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly
one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the
respondent in issuing impugned notice in Rc.No.REV04-
IML02BBA/14/2025-JA(B1)-DPEO-KKD dated 28.01.2026 (served
on 9.02.2026 at 4PM) wherein directed the petitioner to relocate the
2B Restaurant and Bar notified at G.S.No.2B/KKD/05, Kakinada
Municipal Corporation from D.No.1-138, Ramanayyapeta Village,
Kakinada Rural Mandal to unobjectionable location in Kakinada
Municipal Corporation Area to conduct business as it is established
in violation of the provisions of A.P.Excise (Grant of license of Selling
by Bar and Conditions of License) Rules, 2025 and without
considering the explanation in proper manner by giving an
opportunity of personal hearing as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and also in
violation of principles of Natural Justice apart from violation of Article
14 of Constitution of India and also in violation of provisions of A.P.
Excise (Grant of license of Selling by Bar and Conditions of License)
Rules, 2025 and consequently set aside the same in the interest of
justice and pass such other order or orders…”
