Mumbai: The Confederation of Real Estate and Developers Association of India (Credia) has written to MPCB, asking it to restrict project information disclosure to project proponents and genuine stakeholders.
In a letter to MPCB member secretary, Avinash Dhakne, Credai president Ranjit Naiknavare said members of Credai, have pointed out that many not linked to the project, seek information under RTI or other grounds, and “misused” it with ulterior motives…,” TNN
