The present petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has
been filed by the seeking following reliefs:-
i) That, the FIR dated 28.10.2021 bearing Crime No.
536/2021 at PS Chanderi, District Ashoknagar for the
offence U/s 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC (Annexure P/1) may
kindly be quashed.
ii) That, any other anciliary proceedings arising out of
the FIR dated 28.10.2021 bearing Crime No. 536/2021 at PS
Chanderi, District Ashoknagar for the offence U/s 420, 467,
468, 471 of IPC (Annexure P/1) may also be declared as
nonest and same may be quashed.
