About the Seminar
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming governance, dispute resolution, legal research, and judicial processes. From the integration of e-courts and management of digital evidence to the emergence of algorithmic decision-making systems, AI is redefining how justice is conceptualized, delivered, and accessed in contemporary society.
In this evolving digital landscape, the intersection of law and technology raises significant legal, ethical, and constitutional concerns. Questions relating to data privacy, transparency, accountability, bias in algorithms, due process, and regulatory oversight demand serious academic and policy-oriented deliberation.
