2) By filing this Intra-Court appeal, the appellant, who is the writ
petitioner in W.P.(C) 3343/2025, has assailed the order dated 25.06.2025,
passed by the learned Single Judge in the said writ petition, thereby disposing-
off the same, however, after holding the temporary settlement of the Kubaikata
Beel Fishery as illegal and not sustainable and thereupon, setting aside the
alleged temporary settlement of the said fishery with the appellant for three
months from 01.04.2025 to 31.07.2025.
