2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, whereby the
petitioners, namely- Ribul Hussain Laskar and Abul Kasim Laskar have prayed for
releasing them on bail after they were arrested in connection with Dholai P.S. Case
No.105/2025 under Sections 21(c)/25/29 of the NDPS Act (corresponding to NDPS
Case No.93 of 2025) pending in the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, Cachar,
Silchar.
3. 464 grams of heroin was recovered from the possession of the petitioners.
4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides.
