About the Opportunity
Triumvir Law, a leading law firm with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, is hiring Associates to join its Bengaluru office. The firm is looking for professionals with proven expertise in General Corporate Advisory or Private Equity/Venture Capital (PE/VC).
Eligibility

2–3 years of experience with a reputable law firm or boutique practice

Hands-on work in corporate advisory, M&A, and PE/VC transactions
-
Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru
Roles and Responsibilities
Associates will be engaged in complex corporate structuring, advising on PE/VC transactions, M&A deals, and general corporate legal advisory.
