1. This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India seeking the following prayers:-
“a) Pass an order to respondent no. 1 to take account of all
the irreparable damages that has been caused to the
petitioner from 2016 till date.
b) Pass an order to respondent no. 2 & 3 to restore the prior
study rights and paid 5-year Indian student visa permit of
the petitioner so that he can re-commence his intended 5
year Joint BSc/MSc. IT Degree Programs in any Indian
university.
