the National Register of Citizens, which means NRC, is a very important issue that is making news all over India. Elections are coming and this is part of their manifesto.

Well, Human rights and national security are two very different things. The NRC is at the center of this argument. Where ruling party is supporting but the opposition has a major take against this.

Probably, The NRC’s main goal is to find real residents, but how it is being used has caused a lot of debate, which also worries about exclusion and possible violations of human rights.

Protecting national security is very important.

No one from the people has been heard yet. Only experts, activists, and officials are talking about how the NRC affects people in the real world.

We all have seen this in Shaheenbagh’s Protest.

Critics say that the process unfairly affects weak groups and goes against the values of human rights and equality, but the BJP sees the NRC as a way to protect national security.

The Indian Home Minister, Amit Shah, has been a major supporter of the National Register of Citizens (NRC). His view on the NRC is the same as the government’s. He stresses how important the NRC is for protecting national security by telling the difference between legal residents and illegal aliens.

Many stories tell us that behind every number is a person with hopes, fears, and their own story.

Let’s have a good chat while we help each other understand the NRC and how can we protect human rights and national security at the same time.

The Indian National Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has said unfavorable things about the National Register of Citizens (NRC). His words have often shown that he is worried about the effects on underrepresented groups and the possibility of real voters being left out. He is not supporting the NRC at all.  Which is also a part of propaganda against the ruling party.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has also expressed concerns about the National Register of Citizens (NRC) in India. His statements often revolve around the potential impact on marginalized communities and the need for a fair and inclusive process. But people are taking it as his grudge with PM Modi.

The NRC wants to find people, but the way it is used causes arguments about who is left out and whether human rights are being violated. There are strong feelings about it coming from all sides.

Amit Shah has said over and over that the NRC is necessary to deal with problems like illegal immigration, protect Indian citizens’ rights, and keep the country safe. Some are worried about how it might affect underrepresented groups and how it might lead to exclusion.

A fair and safe society needs an appropriate reaction to the NRC that takes into consideration how complicated it is. To find this balance, we need to carefully think about each person’s rights, stop injustice, and encourage acceptance.
