  07.       1.       Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

2. Pursuant to the direction issued by this Court dated
31.03.2026, learned AGA has placed the report of the
Superintendent of Police, Balasore, wherein it is mentioned that
the investigation in connection with the Balasore Sadar P.S. Case
No.234 of 2020 having been completed, the charge sheet vide C.S.
No.128 dated 09.04.2026 has already been submitted under
Sections 341/323/294/506/292/354/498(A)/420/120(B)/354-C/34
IPC, r/w. Sec-66/66-D/66-E/67-A of the IT Act against the
accused persons namely Alok Kumar Swibedy @ Tapi, S/o.Basu
Kuamr Dwibedy, Nihalkanti Das, S/o. Lt. Brajanarayan Das,
Jyotirmayee Das, W/o. Kirtiprakash Rout, Manoj Kumar
Mohanty, S/o. Lt. Hemndra Prasad Mohanty to face trail in the
court of law.

3. The report submitted by the Superintendent of Police,
Balasore is taken on record.

further in this Contempt, the same stands accordingly, dropped.
