This writ petition has been filed with seeking following relief :- “It is therefore, Most Respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the learned Civil Judge (JD), Kaushambi to decide the Case No. 512 of 2023 (Nisha Kushwaha Vs Neeta Devi And Others) District Kaushambi as fixed by this Hon’ble High Court, within the time specified by this Hon’ble Court;; otherwise applicant shall suffer irreparable loss and injury.”
