2. The appellants has preferred the present appeal
under Section 14A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled
Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act (for short ‘the Act’)
against the order dated 28.06.2025 and 29.07.2025 passed
by the learned Additional Sessions Judge I cum Special Judge,
Madhubani concerned Court, where the case is pending in
connection with Madhubani SC/ST P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024
registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 379, 327,
427, 308, 504, 506, 354B of IPC and Sections 3(i)(r)(s) of
SC/ST (POA) Act.
