1. The petitioners have approached this Court seeking quashing of
FIR No. 341/2023 dated 07.05.2023, registered under Sections 285/304A
of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 [“IPC”] at Police Station Dayal Pur,
District North East, New Delhi, on the ground that the parties have
entered into a settlement.
2. The FIR came to be registered on receipt of information that on
06.05.2023, a fire had broken out in the basement of a showroom situated
at E-8, Chand Bagh, near Bhajan Pura Petrol Pump, Delhi. The fire
caused damage to goods and property, including approximately 10-11
