Heard on I.A. No.1, which is an application for interim
bail/relief.
Applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.
277 of 2023, registered at Police Station – Pipariya, District –
Kabirdham (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 147,
148, 149, 294, 506-B, 323, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for applicant submits that heading of the
application has been erroneously mentioned as interim bail
instead of temporary bail, therefore, this application may be
treated as application for grant of temporary bail for limited

Learned State counsel submits that after receipt of
application and pursuant to the observation made by this Court,
he has verified this fact and as per written instructions received
from the concerned police station, the grounds raised in the
application is correct.
Taking into consideration, the submission of learned
counsel for the parties, I am inclined to allow I.A. No.1/2025 and
release the applicant on temporary bail for limited period i.e. for
a period from 01.05.2025 till 6th June, 2025.
Accordingly, it is directed that the applicant shall be
released on temporary bail for a limited period from 01.05.2025
till 05.06.2025 upon his furnishing a bail bond in the sum of
Rs.25,000/- with one local surety in the like sum to the
satisfaction of the trial Court.
The applicants shall surrender before the concerned trial
Court on or before 6th of June, 2025.
The learned counsel for the applicant shall submit a copy
of the order regarding surrender of the applicant before the
concerned trial court on the next date of hearing.
List this case on 10th of June, 2025.
