The Police Sub-Inspector of R.T.Nagara Police
Station submitted charge sheet against accused No.2
and 3 for the offences punishable under Section 341,
323, 326, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian
Penal Code, by reserving the liberty to file separate
charge sheet on securing the accused No.1.

2. Prosecution Case: The accused No.1 and
CW2 namely Sri Raghavendra known each other and
one day the accused No.1 under the influence of
alcohol called CW2 when he was going on his vehicle,
however he did not stopped his vehicle and went off.
With this enmity, on 18-02-2022, the accused No.1
along with accused No.2 and 3 wrongfully restrained
CW2 who was going home after finishing his work
near TVS service station, No.16, 2nd Main,
Gangenahalli within the limits of R.T.Nagara PS,

Bengaluru, abused him with filthiest language and
posed life threat. Further, the accused No.2 and 3
beaten on the face of CW1 with their fist and caused
simple hurt, when he tried to run away from the spot,
the accused No.1 hit on the head of CW2 with stone
and caused sever bleeding injuries.
