Heard Mr. Babu Nandan Prasad, learned counsel for
the appellant and Mr. Satya Narayan Prasad, learned Additional
Public Prosecutor.
2. The instant Appeal is directed against the
Judgment and order of acquittal dated 12.05.2023 passed by the
learned Additional Sessions Judge-XVIII, Rohtas at Sasaram
(hereinafter called ‘the trial court’) in Session Trial No.
142/2015 arising out of Chenari P.S. Case No. 53/2014 and
C.I.S. No. 142/2015 whereby and whereunder the learned Trial
Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.587 of 2023 dt.07-08-2025
Court has acquitted the Respondents No. 2 Rakesh Kumar,
Respondent no. 3 Dashrath Ram and Respondent no. 4
Chandravansh Ram @ Tappu from the charge leveled against
them under sections-364, 302, 120(B) of Indian Penal Code (for
short ‘IPC’).
