Mumbai: Vakola police have arrested a man for allegedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl living in his neighbourhood. The incident occurred in the same neighbourhood, and he was acquainted with the victim. “An offence under provisions of the Pocso Act was registered on Dec 3. The accused is arrested and is currently in police custody. Investigations are going on, and we are getting in touch with the parents of the victim to find out if they have any concerns,” a senior police officer said.
