1. This writ petition has been filed with following prayer:
” It is, therefore, humbly prayed to your Lordships may
kindly graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition
and:-
“(i) by appropriate writ, order or direction in the
nature thereof the respondents may kindly be
directed to consider the request of petitioner for his
inter-zonal transfer from South Central Railway to
North Western Railway in light of the RBE No.
23/2010 dated 02.02.2010 as well as Directive No.
32 dated 19.09.2014 with all consequential benefit.
