1. The present Appeal under Chapter II Rule 5 of the Delhi High Court
(Original Side) Rules, 2018 [“DHC OS Rules”] has been filed by the
Defendant No.2 for setting aside the Order dated 27.09.2023 passed by the
learned Joint Registrar refusing to take on record the Written Statement
along with an Affidavit of Admission/Denial of the Plaintiff’s documents,
filed on 10.05.2023 on behalf of the Defendant No. 2 vide Diary No.
826901/2023.
